“ I first met James when he was referred to me by a builder friend, following some major vertical cracks appearing in the brickwork on one side back shed wall, which was also part of a retaining wall and a major support post for the shed structure. James spent several days carefully removing multiple levels of bricks from the affected area, and the diligently laying new bricks at each level, while also tying in every level of the brick work to the large pier and adjoining wall. At the end he bagged the new work, and you could barely notice there was major work done, as the bagging was a very close match to the original. Our affected next door neighbour was also extremely happy as the cracks had all gone, the wall was fixed and the bagging on their side was perfectly matched in colour. James was always on time, diligent and respectful in the way he went about his work. We would be happy to engage him in any other work required around our house or referred to friends in the future.
